Terri Dorn, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC
Terri Dorn is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of total advanced practice and nursing experience in a variety of settings to include primary care, emergency and trauma, deployed military medicine, occupational health, and home health.
She is dual board certified from both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
She received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Florida in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011.
Terri also retired as an officer from the United States Army after 26 years of service. She served in the Army Nurse Corps as an Emergency Trauma nurse and also in the Military Police Corps.

Damin Chen, PA-C
Damin Chen, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant and longtime resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Biological Science, followed by his Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University.
He is a compassionate healthcare provider who believes in listening to patient voices and delivering individualized care to help others live fuller, healthier lives.
Outside of work, Damin enjoys spending time with family and simply pausing to enjoy life in Florida. He is a self-described foodie, enjoying both dining out and creating his own culinary masterpieces.
